I wanted to put this out there for all you young fathers who are grinding there but off. Or those young men who don’t think it’s possible to raise a big family or even a small one. I’m posting this to let you all know. Keep going never give up. Put your family first. It will pay off.
My oldest son Antonio has come so far in such a short period of time. He lived at home, could not seem to find the right career path, but he took his time and he found it. He now does storm damage solutions. He is one of the top salesman in his company. He now has his own apartment in Valparaiso. I couldn’t be prouder of him.
My second oldest Alexis I call her my first love. She was my first born daughter. She has pretty much lived on her own since she was 20 years old. She has worked at CVS for a long time now building a career in the pharmacy. She was in a long-term relationship and went through a tough break up. But let me tell you this girl is resilient. I couldn’t be prouder of her. She walked away, not because it was easy, but because it was best for her. Job well done.
My second oldest son Matteo there is an audio engineer and works at multiple places in the city and surrounding suburbs. He often travels out of state, California, New York, etc.. It is a hard industry to get your name out there. But he is working his butt off. He also works with me on the side to make extra money so that he can continue to pursue the career he loves. But more than that, he is my go to. When I call on him. He is there. No question asked. Thank you, Son. I appreciate it more than you know.
My second two youngest would probably most mature daughter lol Sierra. I call her my love that made me see life. I had both of my daughters at a younger age. Although you can say they come from a different mother, they know no other mother than the one they have. After having Sierra, it made me change my life. Having two young daughters I decided to take a different path and without the two of them, I would not be where I met today. Sierra is about to graduate college. She has been on the Dean’s list every single year. The picture in this photo is from her school. She was picked number one in her class for 2026 in business in economics. She has maintained nearly a 4.0 grade point average her entire college career. Sierra when she was young, wasn’t learning disability classes. But she decided to dig deep. To not accept any type of label. Or that she could not do something. That is so proud of you, Sierra. I am in awe of your accomplishments. I cannot wait to see what life has in store for you.
My youngest Elana. The other kids might get mad, but I call her the love of my life. She is the one child that I guess you can say I planned on having ha ha . She is the one child that my wife and I have together. She is definitely had her ups and her downs. She is a beautiful young lady that is full of charisma and charm. She’s definitely made me look at life so much differently. She unfortunately had to go through a bad spell in school due to bullying. But she will not accept failure because of somebody else else’s actions. She looked into homeschooling and convinced her mother and I that it would be best for her. With tons of hesitation, we allowed her to do it. She’s not only is doing better than ever in school. With my wife being sick she is now at home full-time to make sure she can take care of her mom where need to be. Elana dad loves you so much never give up. Keep pushing life will get easier. Look up to your siblings. They all have your back and they all know how to succeed use them. I love you, baby girl.
Last but not least I want to send a special shout out to my beautiful bride Erin Montalvo Livingston. As most you know, she has been battling stage four colon cancer for the last 2 1/2 years. Just say she is my rock, my best friend, my everything, would be an understatement. But to you, my love, thank you. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job after every day of a hard work that you put in outside of the home. For all the hard work you put into our children. I couldn’t be proud to call you, my wife.
To myself thank you God for showing me that hard work pays off. That although it took 25 years for me to see it. I can honestly say this is the reason I did it. Not for me for them. I love you all so much. And by your actions, it has made every hour I’ve spent away from you worth it. That my job will never be done. And dad will always continue to be here for you and give his life to protect yours. I couldn’t be proud of this family of mine.
