Let's get to work! 💪🏼 Changing out the flooring at the SunVilla project is all about the demo and floor prep. A large chunk of the flooring budget was for those two line items. Our flooring crew got after it and the main level is now ready for the new wood flooring to go in.

We have the BEST clients. The Celebration Project was no exception. Rick and I adore this family and loved seeing them on a daily basis. (they kept Rick caffeinated with a daily bubbl'r...so sweet) We are proud of the outcome of all the work we put into their home. This was a rare project where no existing furniture needed to be kept. We did however keep most of the kitchen cabinetry. (with some modifications to freshen them up) Every room was touched on the main level of the home, completely transforming the entire level.

Such an easy fix....I can't believe it took 8 years for me to finally make this happen. It's ridiculous how many times I have thought about doing this and just pushed it off. Tell me if you have something like this in your home? I can't be the only one.

The Sunridge Project started as a follower messaging me about how she can fix her bathroom. The door leading to the shower / toilet area was a HUGE inconvenience (you basically had to straddle the toilet to get it to close) We met at the house to look over the space and it turned into a full bathroom renovation. It's amazing what removing a door did to this area. She is delighted with the space now.
