Here’s what we did under the drywall to prep this bathroom
1. Before photo
2.We ripped out the bathroom and the existing window
3. We found a ton of water damage, uneven floor joists and one of the corners of the bathroom had sunk
4. We finished up filling in the window and resupported the exterior wall with additional framing. Not picture is insulation that we installed or fixing the corner of the bathroom that had sunk
5. The final bathroom
Do we care about how the final bathroom turns out? Absolutely. Do we care about high quality craftsmanship? Absolutely.
We also really care about the prep work as it’s essential to a long lasting job that makes us proud to put our name on it.
