We're excited to be a part of this wonderful historical architectural restoration project alongside SHPO of Michigan.

This is a duplex that originally belonged to the Coast Guard and was sold to a family with a home in the area. They took it upon themselves to restore the property using the Historic Structures Guide to gain State Approval as a historical site.
