Showed up to a home in Celina today, she was convinced her home was making her sick. There was dust EVERYWHERE. Come to find out there's a clown running around celina with a literal shop vac praying on the elders saying he will clean their hvac systems. He got her for $1,200. Her duct work is full of suspect microbial growth and he came in and made an absolute mess of it.

Customer recently had a local company clean their hvac system. And said their dusting has been non stop ever since. The same company thats bidding against me on a large commercial job

Lady had One of the largest cleaning companies in the country come clean her hvac system and ever since they left her house is full of dust. So she called me for a second opinion.

What a pitiful showing. Couldn't even do the basics. Left it full of mold, pushed everything to the trunk lines and never got it out.

You're nothing more than a number to them.

We show up as a contractor, and leave as a friend.

Crazy part is they called me years ago and asked me to train them and they are still running around giving it their best shot.

They clean wallets, we clean hvac systems.

My personal page is flooded with ads for $99 duct cleanings. These are nothing more than call centers selling your leads to someone who doesnt give a dang about showing up to your house and ripping you off. Ive sent a ton of them messages and they can't even answer simple questions.

Thinking maybe I should book as many as I can and send them to an abandoned house in lima all to arrive on the same day and time while I post up and watch 😏
