EXCELLENT TOUR DAY TURNOUT!! Like to thank everyone who participated in the tour today!! It was a great tour with lots of good questions!! Also our Karthus customers got to meet their custom cape for the first time today, and it did not disappoint!! Check out all the pics!!

ZOOM ZOOM!! DUBOIS PROJECT IS MOVING!!! Does the owner of Windfall Custom Modular Homes really do the first cleaning of every house himself? Sure does. Makes a completion list and checks it twice!! Our dubois project is well on its way to completion! Electric, water, and sewage are all in and finalizing! Final interior finishing, interior plumbing, heating and final painting over the next weeks and we should be moving super close to a release date!! I know they are excited!!

ATTENTION WINDFALLERS!! WEATHER ADVISERY !!DAMAGING CELL WITH TORNADOS DOWN IN OUR SERVICE AREA!! WERE HERE AND READY TO ASSIST ANYWAY WE CAN..IF NECESSARY!! PLEASE READ...There is damaging winds and tornado warnings in several of our service areas!! We were just out and several trees and yard art are scattered all around!! Flooding everywhere... Obviously seek shelter in your lowest level!! Generally under your basment stairs is safest place to be as there are structural posts and additional support for the steps in that area. If you feel you are in imminent danger and can shut your gas main/water main off inside basment do so but only if you feel its safe. After the storm rolls through do a walkaround and check for limb, wind, tree or lawn art damage. Also make sure to check your gutters as high winds can loosen an abundance of leaves and plug them causing potential further damage. As always call us if you need any help navigating anything through the storm we are here and ready to help!

STAKE OUT!! AND ONLINE !! Moving torward summer for our next build in Karthus, Pa. Pretty heavy excavation so we got to start on this one a little earlier than normal!! The customers chose to design a custom cape which will look over there expansive property and pond! One of our many advantages, is we can design from scratch at no additional charge!! We worked a couple weeks designing and making changes to the floorplan until we got the perfect plan! 3D rendering helps customers to envision their custom home. We can add objects to see size and scale!! This custom cape will have a 18ft vaulted ceiling, with open concept kitchen/dining and living room. There is a large walk in hidden pantry and 2 large bedrooms with 2 full baths, laundry, on first floor. The master suite is in the loft area upstairs. The home features 2 fireplaces and integral garage in basement. We also.are wrapping the home with composite decking with one side covered and a screened in porch!! We also are building a 32x36 pole building for storage!! This house although a cape will be set in 4 boxes to ease finishing time!! Check out some on the initial designs and pictures of the house as its being built in the factory!!

COUNTDOWN TO DUBOIS!! Lots been going on at our dubois project as its ending it settling phase!! Siding has been completed and prep for the decks have been completed! Also the customer was able to get the electric done and ready to be hooked up soon!! Sandmound was installed and is tied in!! Super excited to get moved over there next week and get this completed for them!

GREAT WEEK!!..The sun is setting on our Coalport project!! On to final completion week and slowly loading our trailers getting ready to move to our dubois project!! Appliances monday and countertops and final water test wedesday!! We were also able to complete an additional add on back deck for them before we leave. Final pictures to come of this amazing home next week stay tuned!!
