Florida has entered her tropical era again 🌴🌧️

Looks like we’re heading into about 10 days of rain: which actually isn’t unusual this time of year. Once the Gulf heats up, Florida starts acting more like the tropics with daily moisture, storms, and surprise downpours.

This is usually when hidden leaks and moisture issues start showing themselves, so keep an eye on your roof, windows, and ceilings these next couple weeks.

Rainy season in Florida is back 🌧️

So we’re officially in the annual game of:

“Where is that drip coming from?”

A lot of the calls we get this time of year start small - a stain, a soft spot, or a weird ceiling line - and turn into bigger issues if they’re not caught early.

We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes for a while now…
but it felt like time to make it official.

ET Water Restoration is now → ET Home Pros

Same people, just a better reflection of what we actually do day to day.

Over time, we’ve naturally taken on more — not just water issues, but helping homeowners with repairs, rebuilds, and upgrades that make their space feel right again.

And with that growth, we’re now officially a licensed general contractor, which allows us to handle projects from start to finish.

We’re still the same in how we operate though:

If something’s fine, we’ll tell you it’s fine.
If it needs attention, we’ll walk you through it without the pressure.

A lot of what we do starts with people just wanting a second opinion — and honestly, that’s our favorite place to be.
