Finished patio and pergola, yea!!

Customer needed some relief from the blazing sun in the frontb of his house.
Added a rough cedar 2 x 10, 2 x12, 6 x 6 post pergola which adds just the right amount of shading as the sun moves from east to west.
Next come the paver install underneath.

Customer requested new mailbox for added curb appeal. I think it adds some appealing quality. Created by using cinder blocks and veneer stone.

Customer needed more garage storage in their new home with twins that arrived on the seen, so they purchased overhead storage units thru Amazon that I happily installed for them creating all the floor space for their two cars.

Customer had some water damage and mold issues. With the tile the customer already had I treated mold issue, added rock board, tile and grout. Also some rot behind the commode. Cut out affected drywall and added drywall and trim. Another happy customer.
