•What can I expect from your tree care service?

•The answer? We at Arbor Source Professional Tree Care adhere to the practice and procedures of the International Society of Arboriculture to remove trees.

•Those methods include felling, trimming from the top of the tree down, and using heavy equipment when needed to prevent damage from falling limbs. We can remove the stump and leave your property clean and like new. Our safety-trained experts know which technique is appropriate for your situation.

•Once the tree is down, we will haul away all debris. You can trust our expert tree care team to manage this challenging service efficiently and safely.

Experienced Tree Climber Needed Full-Time for Arbor Source Professional Tree Care (Compensation determined by skill level).

Responsibilities:
• Supervises tree crew while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals
• Operate an aerial lift and/or bucket truck when necessary
• Possess the necessary rigging and lowering skills to perform tree pruning and removals safely
• Must be willing to accept and be responsible for daily production goals and safety procedures of the crew
• Coordinate with the Sales Arborist prior to performing work

Qualifications:
• Prior experience leading and training a tree crew in a safe and productive manner.
• ISA Certification or CTSP is desired but not required
• Driver’s License required with clean driving record
• Experience with driving non-cdl trucks with trailers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred
• Can identify and communicate to the property owner potential up-sell opportunities
• Presents a professional appearance & Must have a POSITIVE attitude (Be a good leader!)

• Safely running ground operations during trimmings and removals
• Staging equipment, traffic cones
• Ability to change out chains and sharpen
• Minor mechanical experience with chainsaws
• Ability to lift over 30 lbs

Qualifications:
• Driver’s License required with clean driving record
• Experience with driving non-cdl trucks with trailers
• Presents a PROFESSIONAL appearance and POSITIVE attitude
