You've been asking for years and were finally able to say yes! We DO offer ESX files. What is an ESX file? Its a filetype that works with the popular estimating software, Xactimate. This add-on is just an additional $150 per floor. Next time you book an appointment, make sure to tick the box!

We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19

Dear Amazing Ninja Clients,

We understand these are weird/scary times. For our Real Estate community, the pressures are already being felt. People are hesitant to allow house showings or host open houses and for good reason. Perhaps for the foreseeable future, there may be a way we can help:

• We are offering FREE online hosting of your floor plan (http://www.floorplanninja.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/1500-Ninja-Ln-Floor-Plan-pdf-1024x791.jpg) for the time being. This lets you link to the floor plan on your social media pages instead of having to give out flyers. This is available immediately in every package, just ask us for your floor plan's web link.

• We are encouraging social distancing during our appointments by waving instead of handshakes and hugs! We are also wearing booties on our shoes to limit contact.

• We are offering 15% off all floor plan packages for the remainder of March.

• Also, some VERY exciting stuff is happening, we have partnered with FloorPlanner to offer some amazing 3D models based on our floor plans! Here is an example: (go ahead and click the pic!)

If you have a property that would work great in 3D, let us know! We can even upgrade previous floor plans you have already had created.
