Post 6  Easy Curry with Rice

Curry is one of those throw it in a pot and let it simmer meals. 

Cozy, flavorful, and perfect for leftovers.

**Simple Veggie Curry**
Saut onions and garlic in a little water or oil.
Add chopped veggies: potatoes, carrots, peas, cauliflower, etc.
Stir in curry powder or curry paste.
Add a can of coconut milk or veggie broth (or a mix).
Simmer until the veggies are tender.
Serve over rice (white, brown, or jasmine).

Pair this with your big loaded salad and youve got a filling, plant-based dinnerwith extra curry ready for lunch the next day.

Terah Gardens was founded by Jordan, a Certified Permaculture Designer with over 10 years of gardening and landscaping experience. He has always had a passion for healthy optimized living, and previously held certifications in personal fitness and sports nutrition. His deep seated love for plants, animals, and people is what makes Terah Gardens so amazing. These landscapes renew faith that nature will give us everything we need if we simply make a conscious effort to provide for the needs of other life on this planet.

Terah Gardens designs and installs edible landscapes that work with nature to provide basic life necessities. Water, food and love are the three requirements all living things have in common. Fresh water falls from the sky. Healthy food sprouts from the earth. Love is the uniting energy which radiates from every living thing. By planting an edible landscape we hold water on the property and create sustainable food sources for ourselves and others. The interactions formed in a new garden space between nature, friends and family is a seed of love that will truly grow for good.
