Hey everyone!
We’re Aceline Baths — the newest (and currently the only) verified bathroom specialist in Seminole Happenings.
Instead of giving you a long spiel about who we are,
we figured this job we just completed says a lot more:
Quick story from a recent job in Madeira Beach.
A local property manager reached out after a shower started leaking into the unit below. The catch? It had already been “remodeled” by one of the big one-day bathroom companies.
When we opened it up, it was one of the worst we have ever seen.
• Mold and bugs behind the panels
• No proper waterproofing
• Drain literally attached with spray foam (the stuff you get in a can)
It Looked fine on the surface(were being generous... see the attached "before" picture).
The Real challenge here was the timeline..
This was a vacation rental with guests arriving in just 4 days and no backup unit to set them up in. On just 2 days' notice, we were able to:
- Get permits pulled and approved
- Get into the unit immediately
- Demo and rebuild everything properly
- Have it ready before the next guest checked in like nothing ever happened
The End Result? A smooth stay for the next guest, a properly built (and warrantied) shower, and a seamless process for the property manager.
