Today's progress (5/9/17).

Took most all the bushes from the front perimeter out - they were out of place and scraggy. Consolidated all the brick edging into one pile and also removed some large limbs from a tree ok the side that will need to be removed completely. Also met with an engineer this morning to discuss the project.

Long day but fantastic weather to be working outside!!

Also, show the house to yet again another prospective buyer - either as is or when completed. This location is great - all the shops, restaurants and breweries are within walking distance along with the waterfront!!

The recently approved Sugar Sands Resort and parking garage will stand 116-feet tall and be completed by the end of 2018.
