We have been seeing a lot of hail video’s & pictures! TLC Construction has completed over 100 roofs replacements in the last 3 years. We have been working in Jefferson & Ste. Genevieve counties for 29 years. We warranty all of our work and will be around for any warranty issues if needed. We are a hometown business!Storm chasers & door knockers in fancy wrapped trucks will not come back to town for a warranty repair. We live local, will do insurance inspections, paperwork & beat any written proposal. We would like the opportunity to repair your home!

Jerry made me beautiful chevron cedar shutters for the front of our home❣️I may annoy him at times with my visions & ideas for our homes, but he always does an amazing job making them come to life!!! The tall window in the front has 3 shutters stacked on top of each other & the top shutter is chevron with an angle to match the window (it was a tricky one) along with needing 3 layers of scaffolding to install them!!!😍

I found some old drawings & prints for one building in the commercial complex we built in Festus/Crystal City. In this one building, over the past 18 years, we have completed 7 suite remodels, replaced the roof and repaired a corner of the building when someone tried to drive through it!

This 72 Square 10/12 & 12/12 monster with 41 roof facets(sides) is completed. Monday our crew worked 6am-6 pm, then off for the holiday on Tuesday, and then back at it yesterday from 6am-4 pm. It was a hot & sweaty job. The guys drank 3 cases of gate-raid, 2 cases of water & a case of Mountain Dew. I believe, we have the best roofing crew in the state!

Here is a small part of our home remodel! Out with the old & in with the new! I do love dark ceilings! For me it is the perfect fix for popcorn ceilings. The texture with the dark paint really pops! Dark ceilings are a mix of cozy, sophisticated & bit of drama all at the same time! 😉

Here is a bathroom remodel we just completed in Lake Forest Estates! TLC removed the old pink jet tub, reframed & replumbed the area for the new shower. Then installed a new 5’ shower w/tiled walls & a new tiled bathroom floor. 😍
