I recently found some of my older pictures from when I painted the house of one of the owners of the Oakland Raiders football team. He was the owner of a development company our company worked for. I only found a few pictures but this was one of the finest homes I ever did myself. It took me 9 months to paint this home inside and out. It took them several years to build.

We had an incredible opportunity to take an old one room brick building with an old barn attached to it that a family lived in for 8 years over 100 years ago while they built their dream home. We rebuilt it into an apartment for the owners daughter and her new family. Their dream home was the same 100 year old home we had the privilege to completely restore earlier last year. These two buildings were the beginning of what is now our company’s prime objective. That is to appreciate our history and to make that part of all our future. And to build homes for families to grow and to love each other for years to come

We transformed an upstairs space with an un-used kitchenette and terribly unfunctional old bathroom into a master bathroom, guest bath with a separate laundry room that was in the hallway which encumbered the owners ability to get to the 3 bedrooms.
