Tektoniks Architects is in the early design stages for a tear down/rebuild for a single family home on a beautiful pond-front site in Wayland, MA.

Although the "footprint" of the home is small, the site offers great drama.

The existing home will be torn down, and a new home fitting the current footprint of the home will be constructed.

The home will be entered at the upper floor level, with a grand, glass interior stair leading the visitor down to the patio/pond-front level.

The design will be that of a contemporary, modern home. Materials will be used to echo site features in the immediate area. Grand vistas and views of the pond will be exploited through the use of generous windows and high-ceiling space.

Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2021.

Tektoniks Architects is currently designing a substantial addition + renovation project to an existing single-family home in Medford, MA.

The scope of the project will include: gutting an existing Kitchen, selective demolition on all three floors of the home, the construction of a new Kitchen/Family Room/Mudroom/Powder Room, the addition of a lower-level In-Law Suite apartment, window replacement, and the upgrading of all interior systems.

Construction is anticipated in the late Spring/Summer of 2021.

*New Project*

Up in Salisbury, MA, Tektoniks Architects is working on space planning and new office interior upgrades for a longstanding client, with whom we've built a warehouse building previously (2013).

Work on this project will include reconfiguring office spaces, creating a conference area, and planning for future staffing needs/upgrades.

Construction is anticipated in 2021.
