This beekeeper kept losing thousands of dollars because bears were breaking into his bee farm and stealing honey. At first, he tried to stop them with cages, fruit, and bread as distractions, but nothing worked... the bears only wanted honey.

So instead of fighting them, he got creative. He set up night vision cameras and arranged a lineup of different honeys, flower honey, chestnut honey, the rare and expensive Anzer honey (about $300 per jar), and even a jar of cherry jam as a trick.

The results were hilarious and amazing: the bears completely ignored the jam, gave little attention to the cheaper honeys, and went straight for Anzer honey every single time. It turned into an accidental experiment, basically making the bears official honey tasters.

Sedef said that even though they caused him damage, watching the footage made him smile, and he couldn’t stay angry. “Whenever I watch them, I forget all the harm they’ve done. I love them,” he told reporters.
