Ready - Set - Rehab!

Getting ready to start construction on this beautiful historic building in Downtown Texarkana!

Construction is getting ready to kick off at Landmark on Pine in downtown Texarkana, Texas!

Originally home to Sears and the Texarkana Gazette headquarters, these historic adjoining buildings are about to begin their next chapter with a transformation into 40 units of affordable senior housing.

This project will breathe new life into historic downtown buildings while helping meet the need for affordable housing for seniors in the community. We’re excited to get started and be part of preserving Texarkana’s history while building for its future!

Last week, JGR joined the celebration for the Grand Opening of The Residence at Heritage West (located in Andover, KS), and what a milestone worth celebrating!

Projects like this don’t happen overnight. They take a village, a shared vision, and years of planning, budgeting, designing, and building to bring it all to life. With 45+ Kansas companies coming together to make this project a reality, it’s a true testament to what can happen when a community invests in its future.

And the best part? We’re not just building housing, we’re helping build communities. Places where neighbors become friends, memories are made, and people can put down roots and feel at home.

That’s the why behind what we do and there’s nothing better than seeing that vision come to life!
