Mexican Food lovers! ❤️ 🇲🇽🌯🫔🌮 Trying a local spot in Salisbury.

Loteria
📍 113 W Innes St, Salisbury, NC 28144

Family restaurant from Guanajuato, Mexico 🇲🇽

The name “Lotería” comes from a traditional Mexican card game that dates back to the 1700s. It’s similar to bingo, but instead of numbers, it uses illustrated cards like El Gallo (the rooster), La Sirena (the mermaid), and El Corazón (the heart). The game became a cultural staple in Mexican households and celebrations.

So the name isn’t random it’s rooted in tradition.

Food was fresh.
Seasoning was balanced.
Portions were solid.
Atmosphere was welcoming.

If you’re in Salisbury and looking for Mexican food, this could be a spot to try.

Overall rating: _9_/10.
