Attention customers with older R-22 systems. Don’t be fooled by companies telling you your system is obsolete and there are no repair parts for it. Totally untrue! Only old R-22 refrigerant is no longer available, but why would you want it when there are much cheaper drop in replacements which actually make your unit run more economically! I havn’t used R-22 in over 10 years and service and repair hundreds of R-22 HVAC systems. If you have been told this by a company that wants to sell you a whole new system, call me at 443-783-5017 for a second opinion from Bert Wagner.

Replacement of a failing heat exchanger on rooftop furnace, at a local Rite-Aide pharmacy on Mt. Herman Road. After completing an unrelated repair, our combustion analysis found 20 parts per million and climbing,carbon monoxide emitting into their workspace. Crisis averted with a simple inspection with state of the art equipment!
