Fire season is right around the corner 🔥

We’re gearing up for another busy season and looking to add a few rad folks to the crew. Most of our seasonal team is returning from last year, and we’re excited to grow by adding 7 team members this season.

We offer in-house continuing education:
-Redcard wildland firefighter type 2 (Refresher and new certification)
-S-112 Chainsaw training ( Introduction to Chainsaw Operations)
-Feller Certifications
-NFPA Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist
-ISA Arborist

We went camping! (for work)🦫

We had a BDA project last week up Spanish Fork Canyon, and made a camping trip out of it. This stream restoration helps to create fire-resistant wet zones and restore critical wetland habitat for wildlife and native fish.

These tiny, wind-driven embers can travel up to miles and are responsible for most structure losses during a wildfire. They build up in gutters, on decks, and rooflines. They’ll even enter your home through vents.

Some photos from a recent project with Stagecoach Estates🌲

We worked with the community to create a Roadside Vegetation Management Plan to improve access and egress for the area in the event of an emergency. Wildfires won’t stop at property lines, so it’s important to work as a community to improve wildfire resilience for your neighborhood. Learn more about this project at our website! (link in bio)
