🔧💦 Another Happy Customer!

With winter right around the corner, it's that time of year to get sprinkler systems winterized!

A gentleman was getting ready to winterize his sprinkler system when his stop and waste valve broke. He reached out to S&C Handyman Services, and we were happy to help!

This wasn't your typical quick repair! The valve was buried approximately 5 feet underground, which meant bringing in the equipment, digging down to the water line, and replacing the damaged valve.

We were able to get the new valve installed and everything back in working order!

Big or small, above ground or 5 feet below it, we're not afraid to get our hands dirty!

Another Happy Customer!
With all the rain we've had recently, this homeowner experienced some moisture issues around their window that caused damage to the surrounding wall.

Another Happy Customer! 🚪
What a difference one upgrade can make!

We removed the old entry door, frame, and outdated storm door, giving the front entrance a much cleaner and more modern appearance. We then installed a brand new front door with a new frame and updated hardware for improved security, smoother operation, and a better seal against the weather. We also put new trim on the interior.

Sometimes removing an extra feature makes just as big of an impact as adding a new one. The new entryway has a clean, welcoming look, and our customer couldn't be happier with the finished result.

Rock Installation Update! 🪨🔨

Most of the natural river rock has now been set, and it's already completely changing the look of this garage. We still have a little more rock to install above the garage doors and then we'll grout everything to match the existing stonework on the home.

The best part? The customer is already thrilled with the progress and we're not even finished yet!

Project prep day! 💪

Not every job starts with the finished product. Today was all about preparing this concrete wall for a rock installation.

We masked off the garage doors and surrounding areas, then thoroughly cleaned, pressure washed, and used muriatic acid on the concrete to create the best possible surface for the stone veneer.

Taking the time to properly prep the surface is one of the most important steps to achieving a long lasting installation.

Bathroom remodel underway! 🔨
Day 1 of demo is in the books!

Today we removed the first layer of flooring, tore out the vanity, and removed the shower tile to get everything ready for the next phase.

Tomorrow we'll be removing tub, and the second layer of flooring so we can get down to a solid foundation and continue moving this remodel forward.

Stay tuned, this bathroom is going to look completely different when we're finished!
