Working side by side with Nat to build our farm, sell our wares at the farmers' market and bring our dreams into reality is such a thrill. We feel lucky we found each other.
As two q***r kids growing up in Utah county (me in Provo, Nat in Spanish Fork) in the 90s we never thought it was even possible to find love, get married, have a baby and one day create a small business during a global pandemic. 😷
Last spring when I told Nat that I had scored a free antique greenhouse on the internet she didn't laugh or scoff. Instead, her eyes lit up and we raced to 30 minutes south to Sandy to measure and scope it out. 🌱
Sometimes you just gotta meet the love of your life on w4w Craigslist in 2011 and then scheme and dream til you find your way in this big world. 😉🌎

The holidays came early to the farm! 🎄 Check this bonkers artisan gingerbread greenhouse courtesy of our pal . She even included tulips 🌷and described how the windows are made of "gelatin sheets" to match the chicken wire safety glass of our antique greenhouse! Feeling so surrounded by love as we prepare to leave Utah in just ten days! Second picture is Nico with a mess of dahlia tubers in our greenhouse last summer 😆

🌸 Thanks to for this exciting Best of Utah 2021 award. It's the cutest and we're so honored. Our urban farm started around the beginning of the pandemic. Nat and I had our first pop up sale at the farm in May 2020. This enterprise transitioned us from 9-5 office jobs to growing and making our own products and pursuing our dream of entrepreneurship. The community created during the early pandemic days here in Salt Lake City and beyond helped us realize what was possible. We bloomed, we're still making art, dreaming big and learning tons. Oh, and peep this new project we're launching in January .touch 👀🧤
