I took out a garage gas fired unit heater and installed a Samsung Ductless Split system. Now this customer can heat and cool their garage with 1 unit. We had to put the outdoor unit 10’ off the ground due to a camp trailer that is parked on the side of the house. We will be back to remove the flue pipe and cover the holes from it. But the install looks great.

Well this is a first for me!!

Got called out to an existing customer, that one of there furnaces wasn’t working and was making noise! When I turned the furnace on, it was making a noise similar to when you drag a stick along a chain link fence. I took apart the draft inducer assembly from the furnace and found pine cones inside of it, the fan blade was running against them causing the noise. I removed the pine cones and the furnace is now working.

Needless to say, furnace is working and I have a happy customer!
