A new cultural destination is planned at the base of Mount Timpanogos.

We’re honored to serve as architect for the Vesper Amphitheater project and to collaborate with the Vesper team and project partners on a vision for year-round entertainment in Provo Canyon.

Planned with both indoor and outdoor configurations, the project includes gathering spaces, dining, hospitality components, and landscape restoration efforts intended to transform a long-active mining site into a more thoughtful gateway to the canyon.

Set against the backdrop of Mount Timpanogos, the venue is envisioned as a place that brings together music, community, and the natural character of the landscape.

We appreciate the opportunity to help bring this project to life and congratulate the entire Vesper team on the recent public announcement.

The newly transformed Marshall N. White Community Center reflects a new vision for community recreation by blending wellness, culture, and flexibility through thoughtful interior design.

A warm material palette and subtle mid-century influences honor the legacy of the original center while creating a fresh, welcoming identity. Vibrant artwork pays tribute to Marshall White and reflects Ogden’s history, culture, and natural landscape.

Light-filled interiors and open gathering spaces create an inviting environment for residents of all ages, while movable walls and flexible layouts allow the multi-use spaces to adapt for fitness classes, workshops, celebrations, and everyday community events.

The result is an interior experience that feels welcoming, enduring, and distinctly Ogden.

Last month, the West High School community gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of a reimagined campus — the result of years of collaboration, planning, and design. With construction now underway, that vision is beginning to become a reality.

Looking ahead, the new campus is anticipated to open for the 2030–31 school year, followed by the transformation of the existing building into an athletics complex that carries forward West High’s legacy — including its iconic clocktower.

We’re grateful to be part of a project that invests in both the future and the history of this community.

Today, we joined LifeTime.Life, Herriman City, and Jacobsen Construction to celebrate the groundbreaking of Life Time in Herriman — the brand’s much-anticipated second location in Utah.

“This is an opportunity not just to ride on Utah’s momentum in health and wellness, but to elevate it — to help shape it,” general manager Matt Raabe said. “Life Time is so much more than just a gym — it’s a place where people shape their routines, build a community, and ultimately spend their lives.”

With completion anticipated in 2027, the facility will bring a premier athletic country club experience to the area. Spanning more than 100,000 square feet, amenities will include resort-style pools, pickleball courts, expansive fitness spaces, dynamic studios, and rejuvenating spa and wellness amenities — all designed to support how people move, gather, and recharge.

Every couple of years, we refresh the yellow mantra that spans the front of our Salt Lake City office.

Since 2012, repainting these words has become a team tradition. This weekend, we grabbed rollers, repainted the path, and spent a morning together bringing it back to life. Thanks to a Dutch oven breakfast, lots of yellow paint, and great company, the words are ready to keep guiding our work — and the people behind it.

The James LeVoy Sorenson Center for Medical Innovation — a dynamic new home for advancing medical device research and innovation — is officially open at the University of Utah.

The energy of the space came to life during its first Bench to Bedside Competition Night, where student teams presented a year’s worth of work to clinicians, industry leaders, investors, and university leadership. The event offered an early glimpse of what this facility is designed to do: bring ideas, expertise, and opportunity together in a centralized ecosystem.

Housing a state-of-the-art surgical lab, incubator spaces, advanced prototyping labs, collaboration and training spaces, and a conference center, the center supports every stage of medical device innovation, from early research and prototyping to clinical evaluation and startup growth.

It was a privilege to partner with The University of Utah and Jacobsen Construction to create this world-class hub for discovery and development — shaping future medical breakthroughs right here in Utah.

Central Cove Early Learning Center was recently featured in an episode of Small Town Comeback, a documentary series highlighting how the broader Vernal community is coming together to revitalize the town.

The episode follows a unique partnership between Uintah School District and Utah State University to create a new, state-of-the-art early learning center. Built to replace an aging preschool, the project reflects a shared commitment to expanding opportunities for pre-K students and strengthening the future of rural education.

We were honored to work alongside this dedicated group of partners in bringing Central Cove to life — a place shaped by collaboration, care, and community.
