Noted Hosta hybridizer passes away.

Each spring, the most wonderful variegated hostas appear in my gardens. They are cheerful, always creating awe among visitors. Bill Zumbar told me they are “Moonstruck, a celebration.”

Went to see Matt Monson at the Local First organization in Salt Lake to get information about adding some info to hostahouseutah.com. The are very active and I'm impressed with the results they get. There are tons of activities taking place where local businesses are promoted. I would strongly recommend them.

I'm looking for people who love hostas in Utah. Are there hostas in your garden? I would love to see pictures and hear about them. Yesterday I discovered a hosta garden In Utah which seems to be a secret. It has over 300 varieties in it! I can't wait to see it next spring! We need to have a hosta party and going to this garden would be the best one I can think of!
