Deck over, avoid this product and anything like it al all costs!! good thing we have super duty sanding equipment to mow the stuff down. It does take about six or seven passes and it’s quite difficult but we get through it.

This deck was in pretty bad shape, the stairs needed 2x6 blocks screwed to all the stringers to reinforce the 6 steps. The floor was fastened with nails mostly. The boards were floating in some spots. Our team added screws to the floor to make it feel good under foot, secure and nice!😊 one team member scraped lots of flaky paint off the frame while the other got aggressive with our commercial grade floor sander that we call the big guy! We remove 85 % or so of the paint. If it won’t come up after the big guy, it’s cool to coat over it with a solid color. Finally our team hand brushed the frame and spindles, followed by the floor! This one came out real 👍
