Two days. Four designer selected colors. One total transformation. 🔥🏡✨

We just wrapped up this exterior project and could not be happier with the results. The weather gave us the perfect window and our team absolutely crushed it. 👏🎨

For the vinyl, we used Cotton Sheets by Sherwin Williams in a vinyl safe formula. This matters because the wrong dark color can shrink, buckle, or ruin vinyl siding. Always choose a vinyl safe option. 💡⚠️

On the brick, we used Romabio mineral based masonry paint in Dorian Gray, another Sherwin Williams color. It creates a breathable, long lasting finish that looks amazing on masonry. 🧱🤍

We finished it off with Pure White trim and Peppercorn doors for a clean modern contrast. 🚪🖤

Huge shoutout to Ivy Butler with Poison Ivy Design for selecting such a beautiful palette. She nailed it. 🙌🎨

Sneaking in another exterior project before winter hits! November blessed us with some amazing weather, so we’re taking full advantage and giving this home a complete makeover. 🍁🎨

Our designer (included with our free color consultations) picked out an incredible color scheme that totally elevates this house. We’re painting the vinyl, the brick, the gutters, the soffits, everything. Full transformation mode. 🔥🏡

🔥 Three Days. Total Transformation. 🔥

We just wrapped up this entire exterior project in only three days, start to finish. Our crew showed up ready, pushed hard, and delivered a beautiful refresh right before the winter weather rolls in. ⏱️🎨❄️

We replaced damaged cedar fascia boards with precise, custom-cut pieces from our GC partner, Hunter Beal at Be-All Construction. 🪚📐 Perfect fits, perfect lines, exactly what this home needed.

The customer was thrilled that we were able to preserve the home’s Rustic Mountain Charm 🌲🏔️ while giving the entire exterior a clean, updated look. From the deep siding color to the warm natural wood accents, every detail got the attention it deserved. 🏡✨

Proud of how this one turned out — and even more proud of the team for making it happen so quickly without sacrificing quality. 💪🎉

🏡 Day 1 in Bountiful! 🌲

Our crew kicked off this exterior project on some weathered wood siding and trim that’s ready for a big transformation. The wood has really taken a beating from the Utah sun, so we’re getting it prepped and ready for a fresh coat of solid color stain 🎨

This stain will not only give the home a clean, refreshed look, but also protect the surface right before the winter season hits ❄️💪

🎨 Day 3 and we’re all wrapped up!

Our crew just finished painting the entire upstairs of this beautiful Park City townhome. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, and a stairwell, all in 6 different colors! 💪

They completed everything in just 3 days, moving furniture, masking, painting from top to bottom, and putting it all back exactly where it belonged. 🪑🎯

The transformation turned out incredible, and the homeowner couldn’t be happier with how it all came together! 🙌

🌞 It’s a beautiful Saturday morning to be out working! Today we’re power washing another home to get it ready for some fresh coats of paint.

I haven’t had the chance to post much lately, but I can’t wait to share some of the projects we’ve been working on. The response from our friends, family, and community has been overwhelming. We’ve had such a strong first month, and we’re truly thankful 🙏

We’re looking forward to being a big part of this community, making a difference, and making our neighborhoods shine, one home at a time 🏡

🎉 Our very first project is complete and it’s a beauty!

We used Romabio Masonry Flat, a mineral-based paint that lets brick breathe. Unlike latex, it won’t peel or trap moisture. No hidden mold issues, just lasting protection.

The look: SW Touch of Grey brick with crisp SW High Reflective White trim, plus an extra coat on the sunny side to stand up to Utah’s harsh sun 🌞.

All wrapped up in under 2 days by our amazing crew 👏
