Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Building, installing and dismantling forms
- Concrete pouring processes
​- Grading project area including dirt and concrete according to specifications
- Installing and tying rebar and wire mesh
​- Site prep and clean up

Must demonstrate the following:
- Must be unfailingly dependable and punctual.
- Have the drive and stamina to keep up with fast-paced concrete processes.
- Ability to be flexible and change gears at a moment’s notice.
​- Ability to push, pull, stand, carry and work during all season weather types including high heat indexes.
- Ability to fully be present during the work hours with no outside distractions, i.e. non-
emergency personal phone calls, texting, etc.
- Honest and forthright character.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized, detailed, and clean up oriented.

Through these times (Covid-19, Lay-Offs, Illnesses, and every day life circumstances) we have continuously been picked for residential and commercial concrete needs and we are extremely grateful.

During these times our workforce has been small, our customer list has been long, and social media, call responses, message replies have been slow. We sincerely apologize and ask for understanding of the 10-12 hour workdays, limited employees, and family priorities.

Be sure to share! Join us at Ona Speedway near Huntington, WV this Saturday, August 15th for Finish Line Concrete Night! The championship battles continue to heat up with an action packed racing program of Late Models, Modifieds, Sport Mods, Hobby Stocks, Classic Cars Contempo Trophy & Award U Cars, Legends Cars, and Crazy Compacts.

The Dodge Daytona Tribute Car that was driven by Buddy Baker in NASCAR action will also be on display for everyone to check out.

Pit gates will open at 2:00 pm with spectator gates opening at 5:00 pm. Racing will start at 6:30 pm. General admission is only $10 (ages 15 and up), $5 (ages 11-14), and FREE (ages 10 and under). Pit passes are $30 (ages 15 and up), $15 (ages 11-14), and FREE (ages 10 and under).

We will have an open practice on Thursday, August 13th from 5:00 pm until dark. The cost is $20 per car and $5 per person for a pit pass.

The Ona Speedway is a large facility where social distancing can easily be maintained. We ask everyone to keep 6 feet distance at all times from everyone outside of your household group. Face coverings/masks are highly recommended.
