Irises! Some are lightly scented and others have more scent! Still missing a few more colors . I planted atleast 2 more different ones. Let’s see!

Went to Carpinitos today! I have to say the fuschia hanging basket walkway was dreamy.. drool worthy! I took veggie starters and some flowers but oh my lord I wanted to buy the begonia baskets, sun loving baskets and all types of fuschia baskets!
It was super busy and their aisles were full!
Love this place!
Now with a SUV full of plants … will be cleaning up while my starters acclimate to my yard.
Then will plant them.

Love the birds chirping on the tree having a meeting on the branches right outside my window!
With that said I need help from experienced folks out here to help us conduct these workshops.
Will wait for your response in the comment section. I will have light snacks and masala tea for you guys!
As I had mentioned in a post earlier , my daughter is engaged in doing a project relating to relieving mental stress through gardening. She is encouraging kids, youth and adults to gardening ( growing our tribe I guess;))
The first session will be held on March 16th,2024.. yes coming weekend.
We will be doing a rose pruning workshop and bed cleaning.
Kids and youth that participate in our project with parent consent will get a rose cutting(you can choose your cutting from the choices we offer).

When you go to buy dahlia tubers with Sadie Bee Farm -Stacy you are vowedcwith the amazing collection . I had a hard time restraining myself to only a few!
Supporting local business is great but that’s not it .. her selection and prices and are great!
I do my research right;).
Since I am busy this weekend I had to message her if I could come today, she is still getting ready for you all this weekend!

I had posted about this rose in the other gardening rose and had mentioned it smells great!!!
Found out I was smelling another rose behind it. This one is called Dr Huey and is a one time bloomer but when it blooms it covers the entire plant, it’s a climber!
Sorry for the misinformation! Just found out about it!
