Framed up a bathroom and storage area for the office. We added white shiplap with black trim (to match the exterior color scheme).

For the back of the building we built a two story bathroom/ bedroom setup with a storage area under the stairs.

We added white Board and Batten siding with black window and door trim. We installed durable lvp flooring. We used black non slip paint for the steps.

After this home was unfortunately affected by flood waters. This home was completely gutted. We then installed two new tile showers. Painted the walls with swiss coffee paint (accent walls to go with it). We stained the trim and installed new doors. We put in new kitchen cabinets, butcher block tops, a larger pantry, and installed large format lvp flooring. It has now been completely renovated!

Look familiar? 👀

This bathroom remodel consists of distressed glazed subway tile, river rock floor and accents for the shower. Brushed nickel hardware installed on the shower doors, shower trim out, cabinet k***s, and on both vanity faucets. Upgraded lights and exhaust fan. We stained the cabinets with provincial stain and clear coat. Added custom built shelf’s to the closet. Finishing this bathroom remodel off with a fresh coat of texture and paint.

They loved the tub surround so much that they decided to do the shower.

Completed with tan glazed subway tile, rustic accent strip, oil rubbed bronze rope inlay, linen grout, oil rubbed bronze shower fixtures, added diverter valve, and custom glass door. We also decided to add a little character with some recessed LED lights.

Completed this beautiful home with a custom built fireplace overlay, tongue and groove ceiling, lockout, and trim.

Created this surround for a freestanding fireplace. We laid this Spanish glazed ceramic tile with pewter grey grout. Finished the rest of the wall out with chard and clear coated plywood. Plywood has been cut in half and staggered. Overall, a cozy feel and eye catching design.
