We finished off the Top Coat of Polyaspartic Flake flooring today at the San Angelo Oilfield shop building, and it looks great! We have multiple Commercial floors to apply a concrete coating in the coming weeks, and if they all come out as great as this project, we're going to have some happy customers!

This project took 4 days from the start of cleaning and grinding, to applying the base and flake, to applying the top coat to finish it off. Our team has done an amazing job with clean lines and an anti-slip concrete coating that will last under the wear and tear of vehicles being driven in and out of the shop. Details matter!!!!! We've picked up many jobs around San Angelo, Big Spring, and Midland because we care about our clients and make sure and take care of the details! We started prepping this 3000 sqft Oilfield shop floor a few days ago and made sure all of the verticals were covered with base and flake.

We started laying the base and flake on the main floor yesterday, and made sure everything was perfect before laying the top coat today. I'll make another post showing the finished floor, but I wanted you to see that we will go the extra mile to make sure all of the concrete floor surface is covered properly with base and flake before applying the top coat.

There's a reason we've been hired to "fix" other concrete coating contractors work, because we want to make sure and apply the epoxy or polyaspartic flake flooring properly the first time. That means we pay attention to moisture in the concrete, flaking of the concrete, repairs and patches, and other anomalies that might create poor conditions for the application. Our team is working on a 3000 sq ft Oilfield Shop Bay this week in San Angelo. This is a big project requiring multiple days of prep and then today we're working on the verticals with the base and flake, and tomorrow we'll finish out the rest of the floor with base, flake, then top coat. We have multiple 3000+ projects on the calendar right now so the extra trailer setup with grinder and other equipment sure is coming in handy!
