We are proud to announce that The Happy Mescan Seasoning Co. has officially been approved as a licensed food manufacturer!

What started as an idea and a passion for great food has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined. We want to thank every customer, friend, family member, event organizer, sponsor, and supporter who believed in us along the way.

This is just the beginning. We’re excited to continue bringing you the bold flavors you’ve come to love while expanding into new opportunities across Texas and beyond.

Our plan is to open up a full service restaurant. So we're looking for all positions back of house and front of house.
Opening is planned for beginning of August

So it was crazy busy yesterday and we didn’t really have time to take pics but we did get a chance to snap a shot of the pickle people with our chiles, Chucho and Chile-Rhianna! Again thanks for all the support yesterday it was awesome!!
