Project Spotlight: ExtraSpace Storage

This three-story 125,500 square foot facility located in Georgetown, TX was accomplished by teaming with the owner and general contractor in a design-build delivery method. This building came to fruition by overcoming the hurdles of entitlement phase special use permitting, stem wall basement construction, and constricting site parameters. From conceptual design through construction completion, we provided a turn-key product for our client. Let us know how we can make your development dreams become a reality!

My Attic Storage in Tomball, Texas. Building 1 is a two-story structure that boasts a luxury apartment above the storage leasing office. Apartments are utilized by our storage clients as a promotional tool for their potential tenants. Having an on-site manager who lives there gives tenants more peace of mind when leaving their belongings at your facility. Could you imagine coming home to this front facade everyday?

Pearland Storage is our longest building to date! The owner’s site was long and narrow so to meet their desired square footage the building had to be almost four football fields long! Not to mention the 25% of the facade is storefront glass to meet the city’s requirements.
