Tired of that popcorn ceiling? Is it chipping, falling, maybe collecting spider webs? Give us a call and let us take care of it for you!

Check out some before and afters of our client’s ceiling. We removed the popcorn, replaced an area of the ceiling that was falling down, and tape and floated everything. After we painted, it all blended together seamlessly. She loved it so much, we continued on with her dining room and hallway!

Nails or screws?
We’ve done a lot of fencing, and we prefer screws! If you’re looking to build a fence yourself, there are pros and cons to each:

Pros of Nails:
1) SPEED: If you’re using a nail gun, you’ll put up your fence pretty quickly.
2) COST: Nails are usually cheaper than screws.
3) STRENGTH: Nails can handle more vertical pressure. They are less likely to snap under weight.

Cons of Nails:
1) GRIP: Wood Pickets expand and shrink with weather and time. Nails will slip out faster than screws.
2) REPAIRS: It is difficult to remove nails without breaking pickets when repairs are needed. Nails also tend to sink to deep to be removed

Pros of Screws:
1) GRIP: Screws will hold as pickets expand and shrink.
2) REPAIRS: As long as they are not stripped, screws are easy to remove to make repairs or adjustments during installation.

Cons of Screws:
1) COST: Screws cost more per pound than nails.
2) SPEED: Screws take longer to install, but the process can be sped up once you’re in the groove with a good drill.

Which do we prefer? The answer is… SCREWS!
After many many fences, screws have held up best, look neat, and keep our fences up and sturdy!

There is nothing better than having a dedicated work and storage space for all your outdoor jobs, and somewhere safe to keep all your tools!
Check out this custom work shed we built in a clients backyard!

This 12x10 work shed is custom built for this client. Per the customers request, the shed is placed on cement blocks so that they would have the option of relocating it if ever needed. 2 large windows will allow for natural light and ventilation, and the double doors and ramp make storing a lawn mower or large equipment easy! A work bench was built along the back wall to provide a sturdy surface for any project. Overall, we are very proud of this shed and hope the client enjoys it for many years to come!

Do you need a fence to withstand high winds? Well check out this fence we finished in Alamo Ranch!

The client needed a new fence as the strong winds had knocked down his previous fence one too many times. All of the old rotten 4x4s and fencing were removed, new holes were dug, and metal posts were cemented in. A new entry gate was built and cemented in to hold the gate sturdy and prevent it from moving and wiggling over time. The whole fence and gate were stained in a transparent cedar tone to weather protect the wood. And there you have it! A fence made to withstand the wind!👍🏽

We love drastic transformations! Especially in landscaping!

We refreshed this client’s yard from mulch and dirt to beautiful rock beds! We first evened the ground, and then laid down a barrier of w**d guard. We cut openings for the plants to continue to thrive and grow and gave them a much needed trim. Limestone was then added into both plant beds. Not visible from this angle is a flagstone patio that we created right by the window to provide the client a sturdy area to place a table and chairs and enjoy her new yard.

The client provided the shed, and we cleared the area and built the custom platform base to keep the shed lifted, secured, and level. This shed was a great, budget-friendly, alternative to a custom shed!
