Hi Friends our church playground is going to be remodeled there’s a lot of pea gravel for Free if you need gravel for your project or landscaping go head and be there November 2 nd with your buckets or heavy machinery on November 9 th. To those future investors and clients some notes of knowledge:
Before you start a job remodel or new construction call the city and make sure you get all the correct information.
1. Careful cutting trees yes they are in your property but they maybe protected
2. No all investments are cheap if you are remodeling or flipping and is mayor you need plans…. Don’t try your go the cheap and get the city involved stopping the job.
3. Noo you can’t avoid building codes sooner or later you are going to regret it.
4. Let your architect know about the changes they may be ok or they maybe a terrible idea.
5. Windows and doors are necessary for egress don’t make changes if you don’t know the building code. 👨‍💻
6. Safety safety safety always comes first.
7. When we create a design we are protecting your investment. Always is better ask.
8. Big changes during construction are not appreciated by the city inspector. Try to keep the design and submit plan changes.
9. Before any job make sure your plat and the zoning is correct and match the scope of work and building. Survey is always your best friend get the survey before construction.
