Another high water bill problem, turned out to be the back room toilet that nobody uses anymore. Great day for the shop vac to go out😩, had to remove tank to replace everything. Handel was no good as well so we go them a new one. 🫡

New Building Drain and partial Building sewer.

Complete sewer man replacement in the crawl space. Tight space but we got her lifted off the ground and on some clevis hangers. New rough in for the toilet and branch lines. Removed all the old cast iron and reset toilet.

Yard leak fixed temporarily till we get approval for the entire main to be replaced. Did some HVAC work patching for a customer who had a grill with condensation. When you know some HVAC problems and open your mouth😩😩 man it was hot that day at 4pm. We can help you with all your plumbing issues and some AC problems.
Installed a new Backflow for a sprinkler system that was leaking and failed. Added a new metal meter box since it was located in a traffic area in the alleyway. Dump trucks smashed the old plastic meter box.
