We are most thankful for their interest and promotion of our hydroponic business. It has been our highest pleasure to provide our local produce year-round to the San Antonio community. We are thankful to all of our customers who have made a purchase that enables us to continue to serve the community. From individual customers to our mainstay relationships with our loyal chefs and restaurants like .sanantonio we are sincerely grateful.

Let’s all continue to improve our health and nutrition through this innovative and sustainable business. We believe that we are truly serving the community with the best intentions while being stewards of our environment. We use 95% less water but grow 6-7 tons of crops in our 388 square feet container that would represent 3-4 acres if done outdoors.

Today’s delivery to our good friends at ! They offer a daily salad bar on their menu. We supplied them with a variety of lettuce including green sweet crisp, red oakleaf, green oakleaf, green romaine, red romaine and red leaf lettuce. Yummy for your tummy!

Did you know that Pac Choi is also known as Bok Choi. Our Asian Delight variety is a slow-bolting white-stem variety. It is nice and dense when fully formed.
