It’s been 9 months since a judge ordered court-mandated restitution from the unscrupulous Kyle Deutsch.

Has restitution been made the way it should? Barely.
But here’s the thing—it is mandatory. Every single month.

Every month he is legally required to make a payment. Every month he’s reminded of what he did. Every month there is a paper trail, a record, and accountability that he can’t run from.

And honestly? Knowing that every month he has to think of me, the others he wronged, and the consequences of his actions is almost as satisfying as opening a restitution check in the mail.

Justice doesn’t always come fast or clean—but it does come with teeth. This is what accountability looks like over time. Slow. Uncomfortable. Unavoidable.

I’m still standing. Still watching. Still holding space for what’s owed.
And he’s paying—whether he likes it or not.

UPDATE on Kyle Deutsch — ACCOUNTABILITY

For a long time, this situation carried a heavy emotional and financial toll. I was lied to, taken advantage of, and stolen from by Kyle Deutsch—and I wasn’t alone.

After months of stress, frustration, and refusing to stay silent, detectives investigated. That investigation led to a grand jury indictment. Early 2025, Kyle Deutsch stood before a judge and pled deferred adjudication.

The judge ordered:
• 5 years of probation
• Full restitution to me and another victim

This outcome didn’t come from luck—it came from speaking up, standing firm, and not backing down when it would have been easier to walk away. To anyone going through something similar: your voice has power. Documentation matters. Persistence matters. And accountability does happen.

I’m sharing this as a reminder that being wronged doesn’t mean being powerless. We showed up. We stayed the course. And justice—while slow—was served.

Important Update Regarding Kyle Deutsch

I am writing to inform you about a serious issue involving Kyle Deutsch. If you have had dealings with him and he has stolen money from you, I urge you to file a police report immediately. It is embarrassing, but it is crucial to take action to prevent this silver-tongued predator from taking advantage of more unsuspecting people.

Unfortunately, I was deceived by his claims of being a God-loving family man and a contractor for home renovation, only to find myself in a nightmare situation. I have filed a police report, and action is being taken. Although it has taken over a year, Kyle is now dealing with the court system.

Please, do not hesitate to file your police report. Additionally, contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB), write a review, and report him to the IRS for unreported earned income, as we know he isn’t claiming any of what he has stolen from us. I have taken all these steps to alert our community about this thief.

I will update you when I have more information. In the meantime, let’s work together to ensure that no one else falls victim to his schemes.

Neighbors, I feel compelled to share my encounter with Kyle Deutsch, a contractor who claims to offer home renovation services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Not only did he fail to complete the agreed-upon work, but he also demonstrated incompetence in home renovations. To make matters worse, he refused to refund the money I paid upfront. Please exercise caution and consider other options when seeking home renovation services. Your hard-earned money deserves better than Kyle Deutsch's unprofessionalism.
