I was talking with a client last week and was reminded of how difficult it is to focus on organizing your own space. I can look at someone else's stuff and see what needs to go and what needs to move somewhere else. At my own house with my own stuff that is so much more difficult. I am a very emotional person and I attach memories to objects and don't want to give up things that have positive thoughts and/or feelings attached to them. I'm working on realizing that even without the objects I can still keep the memories. The space is valuable for creating new memories too.📦📦💖

Cleaning isn't usually anyone's favorite task. But there are ways to make it feel less like a chore and more like a satisfying task. I love seeing the results when I deep clean so I focus on that.
