When trim around your windows aren't installed properly or havent been sealed with caulk, it can cause a lot of water damage and need to be replaced.

For this job, we also noticed how much cold air was blowing out of the cracks around the windows. If you notice your electric bill going up this could be one of the issues. Preventative maintenance can save you a lot of money in the long run.
