Knocked out this job for some wonderful neighbors. Upgraded to architectural shingles synthetic felt, ice and water and metal flashing in the valleys. We use starter strip for a better wind rating. All of which insurance does not reimburse me for. We also went down to the bare decking and found for damaged areas of plywood which were replaced with new. Added metal drip edge to bring up to code and as always used meta lifetime pipe jacks instead of the cheap sheet metal and rubber kind that start leaking in as little as two years. We offer a $75-$100 roof maintenance service. (Depending on location) That covers materials and labor to seal or pipe jacks and other roof accessories. Will also cover any exposed nail heads. All of which should be checked at least once every two years if not yearly. Contact me for an appointment. No one needs to be home and we accept Venmo, PayPal, cash app Apple Pay etc.
We send before and after photos of the work.

It’s cold outside but it’s always great time to get a $75 complete roof maintenance tune up.
Includes labor and materials for:
•Sealing all pipe jacks (they dry out and shrink every year)
•Removing old & applying new sealant over exposed nail heads.
•Checking all flashing and sealing as needed.
•Inspecting for wind & hail damage.
•Inspecting for rotting or damaged drip edge & facia.
