This is a letter that we received from one of our satisfied customers:

I want to thank Steve Wahl and his “Fence Doktor” crew for their outstanding work in turning a dilapidated eyesore into a beautiful landscape work of art. The railroad timber retaining wall between my house and my next door neighbor’s house badly needed replacing. It was originally installed in 1979. Our shared backyard fence also needed to be replaced.

I contacted Steve after seeing one of his ads in the Northeast Herald newspaper. He stopped by and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. We nailed down a date for work to begin. Due to the size and scope of the project, he projected his crew would need five to seven days to complete the project.

Steve arranged for his crew to arrive a day early to get a head start. They worked hard from early morning to late in the afternoon each day for five days. Their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of workmanship made all the difference in constructing the new limestone retaining wall and red cedar fence. I kept thanking them for their work. All I could way wall… “WOW!”

If and when I need more landscaping work done, Steve will be the first person I contact!

Sometimes, the typical picket fence isn't what you're looking for. This customer wanted a little something extra for their home. Specifically, they wanted this beautiful wrought iron fence with stone pillars. Not only were we able to get this done for them, we were even able to create this beautiful flower bed around it and sourced all the plants and flowers from our nursery here in San Antonio! A good above ground pool needs a good deck to go along with it. For this customer, not only were we able to leave them with an incredible new deck stained in red and a beautifully manicured lawn to go with it. The deck flows seamlessly into their pool and around the stunning tree in the backyard. Their backyard was cleaned up and leveled, flower beds lined with white stone were added, and stepping stones set to complete the project. Our customer had a wonderful shaded area in their back yard, but they knew something was missing. They came to us asking to give this area that extra pop it was missing. This customer's retaining wall was falling apart, Railroad Tiles were falling apart, being held up by poles installed by the client, an overgrowth of vines throughout, and about to fall apart and potentially affect the house's foundation.
