The newly opened childcare center at the YWCA Women’s Live and Learn Center gives residents immediate access to care while they pursue education, workforce training, and personal development opportunities. By placing childcare alongside housing and support services, the center helps create greater stability for both women and their children.

Designed for Alamo Colleges’ student veterans, the Nighthawk Legacy Center was shaped around the physical and psychological needs of its users. Natural daylight, open sight lines, and seating oriented toward entry points help create an environment that feels calm, comfortable, and secure. Wood ceiling elements and subtle references to digital camouflage balance warmth and durability while honoring military identity. Every detail was designed to support a stronger sense of belonging as veterans transition into academic life.

What if a sports facility could help define a city’s identity and its economy at the same time?

In Round Rock, sports tourism has helped earn the city the title “Sports Capital of Texas,” with the Round Rock Sports Center generating $20.9M in economic activity in 2025. Designed to attract regional and national tournaments, the center turns competition into visitor spending and measurable community impact. This Fiesta season, our medal tells a story of San Antonio through design. One side honors the Marmon Mok-designed John H. Wood Jr. Federal Courthouse, while the other features our Henry B. González Convention Center Expansion. From historic to contemporary, it’s all part of the fabric that makes San Antonio unique. Viva Fiesta!
