•BATHROOM REMODEL•
2nd Bathroom remodel for same previous client. Nothing too dramatic. Client wanted a walk in shower for their son. Removed tub. Build shower mud pan. Installed hardy board. Applied Redguard for added layer of waterproofing. Installed hex tile flooring. Installed two different styles and color of wall tiles for contrast. Lastly installed sliding glass shower doors. •BATHROOM REMODEL•
Repeated client of mine was ready to update their bathroom. The shower panels were starting to pull away from wall. The existing glass door was a safety hazard. And they wanted to utilize the space of garden tub as they mentioned they only used it once since living there. Their vision was to have a big walk in shower with a bench. They wanted a pony wall with glass so you can see shower walls as you walk in bathroom. Basically everything you see in photos, down to the tile was their vision. I just brought it to life. We installed two pocket lights in ceiling. Installed vent fan. They wanted to have a window for natural light. So to save them money, I kept existing window. I cut off the top part of crescent window. And moved the window higher for privacy. Build mud pan, bench, and pony wall. I applied Redguard for added waterproofing. Installed tile to floor and walls. Installed glass over pony wall. Installed new baseboards. Applied a coat of paint to ceiling, walls, and baseboards. A white quartz countertop was installed, with new sinks, and faucets.
I am always grateful and beyond blessed for the opportunity that my clients trust in me to bring there vision to life. Overall my clients are very happy with there new shower that he asked me to remodel his other bathroom.

•INTERIOR HOME REPAIRS•
2nd part to Client Exterior Repairs. Nothing to fancy for the interior. Interior was more cosmetic repairs. First I started repairing the many cracks and imperfections on all the walls and ceiling of every room. I thoroughly sanded all baseboards, door jambs, doors, and casing. Applied a coat of primer on all repairs. Applied fresh coats of paint on all ceilings, walls, and wood work. The bathroom was not very appealing especially the shower. I replaced the tub, and Repired rotted wood underneath. Installed new tile to walls and floor. Over the project was a success. From the exterior to the interior, The house is ready for the market. And more importantly my client is very pleased.

•EXTERIOR HOME REMODELING•
This is a repeated client I've done a lot of work for. I'm always grateful for my repeated clients who continue to trust me to do good quality work and get the job done. •House in the Monticello Park District Area• The client decided to sell the house after renting it for many years. The house needed lots of exterior repairs and curb appeal. First, I spent about a week and a half prepping the house by replacing all the rotted woodwork around windows, facia, etc. I installed the asbestos siding that was missing or cracked. Sanded all existing wood work through out the house, and caulked literally every crack, gap, of the exterior. I replaced a couple of broken windows. I then applied a coat of primer to house. Applied a coat of paint to base of house, trim, and shutters. I replaced front section of the wood fence with new post, and pickets. One of the last things that wasn’t discussed originally but I thought would really give the house the appeal it needs was to open up the screened in porch. Client agreed, so I removed existing wood work. Replaced with new post, railing and spindles. Honestly photos do not do justice and show all the work that was put into the exterior of the house. But through the Grace of God I was able to complete and get the job done, and my Client was thrilled with the results.
