Our Story

Frank’s Paving Company was established in 1972 by Frank De Leon. The company was known for it’s reliable asphalt and construction services throughout San Antonio and South Texas. Frank’s daughter, Sandra Lopez, took over the company in 2008, making it a woman-owned small business and minority business enterprise. Although the company has grown and diversified over the years to expand its services to both Asphalt and Concrete services, the same core values still apply. “We do the best job for our customers, deliver what was promised, treat people with respect, and not only deliver the ‘whole nine yards’, but” as Frank said, “We also give 1½ inches of asphalt!”
