Another patio transformation underway! 💪

This back patio had a failed and heavily stained overlay that had reached the end of its service life. Our crew is removing the old material and properly preparing the surface for a long-lasting decorative finish.

Next up, we'll be installing a custom polyaspartic flake system using a unique blend called Metapelite. This blend offers a natural stone-inspired appearance with the durability, easy maintenance, and slip resistance that homeowners love.

🔥 Kerrville Concrete Restoration 🔥

This project had an old failing stain and sealer system that needed to be completely removed before we could bring it back to life the right way.

To properly prep the surface we utilized:
✔️ Sandblasting
✔️ Chemical etching
✔️ Deep pressure washing and cleaning

Once the slab was fully cleaned and dried, we applied the Smith’s Color Floor “Desert Sand” system and accented it with Walnut highlights to pull in the darker tones from the natural stone on the home.

The final result completely transformed the space while still keeping a natural, warm look that fits the property perfectly.

Over the past year, we’ve completed 10 office spaces and a conference room for this property — and now we’re onto the final stage: the main hallway.

The goal?
Something spectacular that immediately grabs attention and leaves a lasting impression on every client who walks through the door.

After completing a full grind, crack repair, and detailed prep process, we’ve now applied the sealer and brought this floor to life with a clean, gloss finish.
