Our range of projects include a new $18 million elementary school for SAISD in partnership with Dallas architects HKS, a new $1.5 million office / warehouse in Kerrville, Texas for Culligan Water Conditioning Co

., a new Comfort Inn in Eagle Pass, Texas and an apartment renovation project in San Antonio, Texas. GNA understands the importance of efficient usage of land for multi-family projects, cost & schedule control, and the Fair Housing Design Guidelines that have to be incorporated in apartment design. Marmon Mok is the Architect of record and GNA was hired to deliver schematic design through construction document services and to be the producer/controller of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) model.

GNA has brought the project to life from it's schematic design phase offering resolutions and being proactive on unforeseen complications. The project is currently under construction.

GNA was brought in as the Architect of record midway through the design development phase. GNA has had to work closely with the Bond Project Management Team of Muñoz Jacobs, SAISD Facilities Department, and collaborate and coordinate through the phases of construction with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and design team of Engineers. The project consists of approximately 53,000 square feet of renovated space and a new classroom wing addition of approximately 10,610 square feet.
