I’m at this gaming center as you all know I like gaming it’s a cheap way to have fun. This way my date always has game and if not I just change it out. Anyway this guy is dumping tons of money in this place and I c a concrete floor that sure could use some Roxie’s Precision Tile Setting. Looks like about 700sq ft. I’ll offer $1,200 he buys material. That can’t be beat no way no how. My only problem I’m sure if is I don’t look like I set tile.

I don’t carry the bags muscle this here and there I hire that out. I set and set only. I have to do that cause I set slow but accurate.

So this guy has to believe “I” can give him a superior tile work at a price no one else would even think about doing. Because of their overhead they can’t.

I bring in one strong man he humps I set all day four days and we are gone we each make five. Barely minimum wage but it was better than we had before “nothing” btw we shoot for three but say four just in case.

MSI show room floor this is where I was exposed to many patterns and tile types. The exp. I gained here was worth years of being in the field just on the strength of six moths worth of pattern and tile type diversity.

This is the MSI show room floor that is about 3/4 a football field all packed with 8x9 ‘ segments each containing a different type of tile and pattern. It’s a beautiful floor. It can be seen on Mira Mesa Road MSI International tile and stone. San Diego, Ca

I Like smaller Jobs lets say no more than 900 sq ft. I have helpers and I lay the tile. I'm slower than most but in the end always worth it as it comes out in the final look.
