Fairy Garden Friday 🧚‍♀️🏡

Last week was all about clearing the space.

This week, I built the very first fairy house.

Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped making things simply because they made us happy. We started focusing on what was productive, practical, or necessary.

But home should also be a place for curiosity, creativity, and a little bit of magic.

Maybe that’s why I love this project so much. It’s a reminder that growing up doesn’t mean giving up the parts of yourself that loved to imagine.

Thank you for being here and remember, well-being starts at home. ✨

1 tube pop and fresh croissant
3/4 lb cooked salmon
1 cup grated gruyere cheese
1 cup milk
4 eggs
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp dill
1 Tbsp Lemon
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat Oven to 375 F
Open Pop and Fresh Croissant tube and lay out into bottom of pie pan, pinching seams together to create a solid crust
Beat eggs, milk, flour, dill, lemon and salt and pepper in large bowl until combined.
Add salmon and grated cheese to bowl and mix just until incorporated.
Pour contents of bowl into prepared pie pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set in the middle.
While quiche is baking prepare sauce. Mix all sauce ingredients in small bowl and chill until ready to serve.

I come from a long line of women who have a hard time throwing things away, because they might just come in handy someday. Well, my children are now 16 and 18 and I still have their baby bath kneeling pad. So in true reduce, reuse, and recycle I have chosen to repurpose the bath pad as a garden pad. 😅
